Black and Minority Ethnic Communities
- FRAE Fife aims to empower and facilitate the development of skills within the BEM Communities
- to raise awareness and understanding amongst BEM communities of their rights and responsibilities as residents of Fife
- to encourage and support the participation of BEM communities in the design, delivery, and review of public and voluntary sector sevices.
- FRAE Fife aims to influence and monitor the development of policy and service delivery to meet the needs and address the issues of the BEM communities, in accordance with race relations and equalities legislation.
The Wider Community
-FRAE Fife aims to promote equality of opportunity and good relations between people of different ethnic and religious groups, including the indigenous population, living in Fife and beyond.
